Universis et singulis praesentes Litteras inspecturis, fidem facimus ac testamur, ex authenticis reliquiis quae apud nos servantur, extraxisse particulam ex corpore Sancti Pii Decimi.
Summi Pontificis, quam in theca formae rotundae chrustallo munita, filo serico coloris rubri et sigillo nostro obsignata, collocavimus.
In quorum fidem praesentes Litteras, manu nostra subscriptas et sigillo munitas, dedimus.

To all and each who inspect the present letter, we provide in good faith and testify that, from the authentic remains preserved among us, having extracted particles from the body of Saint Pius X,
Supreme Pontiff, which we have placed in a round case secured with crystal, tied with red silk thread, and sealed with our seal.
In witness of this, we have issued these letters, signed by our hand and secured with our seal.
Given by Rome, at the House of St. Praxedis, on the 14th day of July, in the year 1958,
with grace everywhere
