CAUSARUM SERVORUM DEI EJUSDEM ORDINIS POSTULATOR
Universis praesentes litteras inspecturis fidem facimus atque testamur, ab authenticis Reliquiis quae apud nos servantur, extraxisse particulam ex capilli Sanctae Teresiae a Iesu Infante Virginis quam in theca ex aurichalco formae rotundae chrystallo munita, filo serico coloris rubri et sigillo nostro obsignata collocavimus. In quorum fidem has litteras manu nostra subscriptas et sigillo munitas dedimus.
Datum Romae e Conventu S. Mariae de Victoria die 27 Januarii anni 1931.

To all who inspect the current letter, we provide in good faith and testify these are authentic remains kept with us, particles extracted from the hair of Saint Therese of the Child Jesus, Virgin, in a case made of brass, round in shape, protected by crystal, bound with red silk thread and sealed with our seal. In good faith we grant this letter signed by our hand and sealed.
Given in Rome from the Convent of St. Mary of Victoria on the 27th of January, 1931.
