To all and any who shall inspect the present letters, we make known and attest that we, for the greater glory of Almighty God and the veneration of His Saints, have recognized the sacred particles from ___________________________.
These, having been extracted from authentic places, we have reverently placed in a metal Cross ______ adorned with crystal, well sealed, tied with a red silk cord, and marked with our seal. We have consigned them with the faculty of retaining them, gifting them to others, transmitting them outside the City, and exposing them for the public veneration of the Faithful in any Church, Oratory, or Chapel.
In witness whereof, we have ordered these testimonial letters, signed by our own hand and sealed with our seal, to be issued by the undersigned Custodian of Sacred Relics.
