PII DECIMI SUMMI PONTIFICIS
Universis et singulis praesentes Litteras inspecturis fidem facimus ac testamur, ex authenticis reliquiis quae apud nos servantur, extraxisse particulam ex carne Sancti Pii Decimi, Summi Pontificis, quam in theca formae rotundae metallica, chrystallo munita, filo serico coloris rubri et sigillo nostro obsignata, collocavimus.
In quorum fidem praesentes Litteras, manu nostra subscripta et sigillo munitas, dedimus.

OF THE CAUSE FOR BEATIFICATION AND CANONIZATION
OF PIUS X, SUPREME PONTIFF
To all and any who shall inspect these letters, we make known and attest that, from the authentic relics which are kept by us, we have extracted a particle from the flesh
of Saint Pius X, Supreme Pontiff, which we have placed in a round metal case,
secured with glass, bound with red silk thread, and sealed with our seal.
In witness whereof, we have issued these letters, signed with our hand and secured with our seal.
Given in Rome, on the 25th of November,1957.
