Universis et singulis, praesentes litteras inspecturis, fidem facimus ac testamur. Nos ex authenticis locis extraxisse particulas ex ossibus sancti Grabrielis a Virg. Perd Bouf.
Easque collocasse in theca metallica rotundae formae, unico crystallo munita, bene clausa, funiculo serico rubri colligata, et sigillo nostro signata. In quorum fidem has litteras testimoniales, a Nobis subscriptas sigilloque Nostro munitas, concedimus.

Which has been placed in a metallic case of round frame, protected by crystal, well closed, bound with red silk thread, and seal with our seal. In good faith we grant these letters of testimony, signed below and protected by our seal.
