Headed "Prosa," this largish fragment of a leaf includes most of the sequence Mater matris domini (online Cantus database I no. ah39113). Eight lines of text and music on each side of the leaf. Script is a large and careful Textus Quadratus, and it uses both box-a and two compartment; inorganic "spur" on 1,h,b; four-line musical staves in red.
