This landscape is the only painting in The Drexel Collection by Anthony J. Drexel’s second oldest child, Frances Drexel Paul. It is a copy after Italian artist Marko Andrea (1826-1895). Andrea was known for his paintings of the Italian countryside, which had incredible detail and a clear brightness.
