Stereographs are, most often, a card mounted with two nearly identical images meant to be viewed through a stereoscope. Those looking through the stereoscope would be delighted in seeing a three-dimensional image. Iterations of the stereograph and the principles behind it have been seen throughout modern history with the view master and 3-D movies.
