February 19,1985 Letter from Mary Ann Matthews to Kathleen Goddard Jones from the California Native Plant Society, dedicated to the Preservation of California Native Flora. Lists some substantiating excerpts from the Coastal Act that give priority to the protection of natural resources. Letter later addressed to Jack and Grace Biegle from Kathleen, with a handwritten note saying "very succinct and helpful"
