September 26, 1984. Letter to Phil Mees, staff at the California Coastal Commission, from Kathleen Goddard Jones regarding the Dept. of Parks and Recreation wants to ask the Coastal Commission for an access site in the Oso Flaco Lake area, this violating the Coastal Act. Jones also mentions further plans of the department to expand the fencing of the Pismo Dunes SVRA to enroach on Oso Flaco Dunes area.
