The collection of the personal collection of Harold Mangold. For many years Mangold served as a lawyer and avid collector of Dutchess County documents, photographs, postcards, and ephemera. The bulk of the collection focuses on Poughkeepsie, covering topics such as education, religion, economics, and law. Most of the documentary collection consists of legal material namely deeds and mortgages.
