The collection consists of the family papers of the Southard, Wooley, and Storm families who appeared to have lived in Fishkill, New York. This includes a substantial number of land records, such as deeds, indentures, wills, mortgages, quit-claim contracts, and land auction posters and advertisements. Also included is material on local society, such as invitations, correspondence, and ephemera. The business records of John V.
