Description

a) Madame Alexander "Scarlett O'Hara" doll, composition body, black hair, blue sleep glass eyes (that still shut) with real lashes on upper lid, closed red mouth, wears original clothes--olive-green taffeta bonnet with pink flowers/cream lace/green ribbon tie (b), light-green dress with dark-green tie (d), white slip (e)/pantaloons with lace ankles (f)/white socks (g.1-2), emerald-green leather shoes with bows (h.1-2), 14 1/2"h, x 5 1/2"w, c. 1942. Face is that of Wendy Ann; more than 56 different named dolls used the Wendy Ann face mold. c) Coat, olive-green taffeta fabric, bordered on sleeves/neck with cream lace, two faux pearl buttons.
