Lard squeezer/paddle. Used to squeeze hot, liquid lard from cooked fat pork. Made from two long wooden paddles that are held together at their top edge by two leather straps.
(Chopped the pork into small sections and boiled them. Then put "cracklins" in bag and squeezed from top down to get fat out.)Collection
