National Conservation Exposition medal/pin, gold-tone metal, bar at top obverse engraved in script "Oct. 31, 1913," attached by two small rings to section showing the exposition's logo--three women and a child in relief with a horizontal basket of overflowing fruit/produce, two hold a banner above reading "NATIONAL CONSERVATION EXPOSITION," marked below "KNOXVILLE, TENN SEPT-OCT 1913," reverse engraved in script "Awarded to / the most graceful / Lady Waltzer / National / Conservation Exposition" with maker's mark (DIEGES & CLUST/ 20 JOHN ST(?) / NY), 1 7/8"h x 1 3/4"w, 1913.
