Accompanying it is a photocopy with "Just A [musical note] From Roy Acuff" at top and "Compliments of Marshal Andy" at the bottom printed in blue; in between in black script is "Lonnie Wilson with me at the microphone - / Pete "Oswald" Kirby seated / with Dobro inst / Pee Wee King far left with / accordion.
