a) Block wood moulding plane, maple, skew rabbet, front end marked "Sandusky Tool Co. / Ohio" perpendicular to blade and "146" upside down and perpendicular to blade, back end stamped "J.D.A." perpendicular to blade and "2" parallel to blade, 5"h x 9 3/8"w x 1 7/8"d, probably 1880s to 1910s. * rabbet: step-shaped recess cut along the edge or in the face of a piece of wood, typically forming a match to the edge or tongue of another piece. b) Blade c) Wedge Formerly Z
