Dulcimer believed made by Andrew J. Robertson* and owned/played by Powell Henderson Crosby, tin body** with walnut ends attached by rounded tacks, separate pieces of metal for top/bottom/two sides, seams bent and welded together, small metal rods welded to top, six 1/2" holes punched and edges rounded--two on bridge/four on body, one end shaped into scroll with decroative holes in circles/opposite end simple rounded foot, screw eyes hold three silver-colored metal strings and one gold, 34 1/2"h x 8 1/4"w x 3"d/4 3/4"d at end with tuners, c. 1930s.
