.1) Badge of Knoxville City Councilman Lowell Blanchard, 10K gold filled metal, top front design of spread-wing eagle/bottom of laureal spray, center insription "Lowell Blanchard Councilmann Knoxville, Tenn." circles Knoxville city seal (shield with four sections - contruction equipment, hammer and pick, railroad, bridge, Progress with nine stars 1791 below with circle on corn plants, all within double circle with City of Knoxville Tennessee, pin back, JllRes[??] (New York), 1 7/8"h x 1 3/8"w, either 1944-45 or 1948-53 (as Blanchard served two terms). .2) Wallet case, tri-fold brown leather, two holes in flap for badge fastener, snap attachment, 2 3/4"h x 6"w.
