EDISON, INC., ORANGE, N.J., U.S.A.," model number 30, serial number 218137, Edison scroll logo decal marked "Thomas A. Edison/ Amerola" in gilt script letters on interior back lid, arm holding needle moved from left to right on metal rod, 13"h x 12 1/2"w x 16"d, c. 1918.
