Black and white photo of the memorial service for Father Crowley on Palm Sunday [April 11] 1954. Included with the photo is a typed note from Helen Gunn that says, "Memorial to the Padres of the Desert / Palm Sunday 1954 / Pete Osdick, Randsburg, kneeling at the cross with boy at right; Leland Abel, of Laton, reading the gospel; Father George Crowley, the Padre's brother, saying Mass and assisted by other priests; the greasewood is the one the little old Prospector asked to have placed on the cross.
