Handwritten in pencil on album page above and below: Was nursery governess to our dear Willie for 3 1/2 years from his 5th year to his 9th. When we returned from Austrailia in 1888 and took the house at Sussex Gardens near Dulwich College I took Jessie back as housekeeper. She was with me there ten years. In all those years I paid her 25 pounds a year and gave her all her clothes, dreses and all. Jessie Sommeborn [sp?] taken in 1893.
