Handwritten in pencil on album page above and below: I gave Mr. and Mrs. Gilchrist two dozen cabinet photos, one dozen like the one below of the two pretty children and another dozen of Mr. and Mrs. Gilchrist taken with their two pretty little girls. It was a Christmas present, December 1894, which cost me 3 pounds 3 [shillings?]. Louie and Edie Gilchrist, Sydney, N.S.W., 1895, four and two years old.Collection
