B & W digital scan of recently lined section of LA Aqueduct, (Open Canal) showing in great detail the concrete mixer and crew on left side of canal. The mixer empties its contents into a flume which is used to fill the concrete carts pictured on canal bottom. Alternating six foot sections of the canal have been lined with blank sections left. Location, Alabama Hills. Looking north up Owens Valley. Note; puff of black smoke in distance from Steam Shovel operating ahead of the lining crew.Collection
