Mounted studio portrait of a young child wearing a full kilt outfit, complete with a sporran. Photographer was W. I. Williams & Co. of San Francisco. Handwritten in pencil on reverse: [Frederick?] L. Samuels, aged three years and five months. Could this possibly be Frederick S. Samuels, the son of Sarah Lewis Samuels, who was the sister of Lulu Gorman?
