"During the fiscal year (1911) the rate of progress on the Olancha Division has been one mile a month of completed conduit. Two Model 60 steam shovels and one Model 60 electric shovel have been working continuously while a third Model 60 steam shovel has been excavating since January 1911. All of these shovels are equipped with extra long booms which place the spoil banks back from the conduit.
