Homemade photo postcard consisting of a small photo glued to cardstock. The photo shows a man standing next to a small covered wagon built around a motorcycle or something similiar. He appears to be parked in a campground as there is a picnic table and clothesline in the background. Beneath the photo someon has written, "One hoarse power!"
This postcard was sent to Wandalee Thompson of Lake Hughes, CA. The sender is unkown. The message says, "Hi--Here's a man who patrols Death Valley with a wheelbarrow! Pushed this up from Palm Spgs via Amboy, Kelso, Baker. Calls himself Well-Burro Tex! Maybe the club will hire him for the patrol!" The cancellation stamp is dated Mar. 6, 1967 from Death Valley and it has one four cent Bureau of the Census stamp.Collection
