Photo of the town of Darwin in 1908 taken by the donor, George Cook. Handwritten on reverse: Darwin in early days, 1908. Mr. Cook freighted three days from Lone Pine to Darwin. Camped in Darwin Wash by old stone corral. 30 days round trip from Skidoo to Lone Pine to Skidoo.
