Label says: "The salt flat end of the railway. The empty salt cars were detached from the cable as they approached the end of the line and were pushed by hand out ot the loading area. When loaded with salt the cars were pushed back to the end of the railway and attached to the cable for the trip into the terminal. Much of the track system could be moved as necessary on the salt flat."
