Label says: "The salt buggies were pulled up an incline that was steep enough to cause the salt to slide off into salt cars below. In the above photo an empty buggy is seen a the left, a full buggy is being dumped at the top of the incline, and a man pushes out a loaded salt car on the rails to the right. This photo was taken about 1913."
