A1831.6.69e: Photo of three women standing in the yard of the Edwards House in Independence. The Norman House (hotel) is visible in the background. One woman is wearing a white dress with buttons down the front and a train, the second woman is wearing a floral print dress, and the third woman is dressed in a dark dress with a white colllar. This is most likely the occasion of the wedding of Lucretia "Lou" Joslin to County Assessor John C. Irwin on January 31, 1883. Her wedding dress is also in the museum (1979.227).
