Typewritten note in envelope: This is Mammoth Camp, a resort built and operated by the Charles Summers family from about 1917-1927 when it burned. Mammoth Mountain is in background. Location: meadows of present Old Mammoth. Buildings are left to right: Rooming house, Hotel with dining room. Old Wildasinn Hotel may date from before 1900. Summers bought most of Wildasinn homestead in 1917. Any other information can be obtained from Genny Schumacher Smith.Photograph Details
