Written in pencil on reverse, "Arthur Parkinson at Manzanar." Stamped with "211." It looks as though this photo was affixed to something as there are two strips of photo paper torn away on the back.
A note with the photo says: Pictures taken in March-April 1942 at Manzanar, Calif. Arthur Parkinson worked for Griffith Construction Company who was building the relocation center for the Japanese who were to be kept there several years during WWII.Made/Created
