Photo of William Bramlette and Pete Bramlette (mechanic) celebrating in a Lincoln car as it is parked near the intersection of Main and Line Streets in Bishop on March 12, 1921. Mr. Bramlette broke an early speed record between Bishop and Los Angeles. The two men are holding a plaque or wreath and are surrounded by a crowd of people.
