A note at the bottom says that this item is number III in a series of three maps. It may have been produced by the Western Defense Command and Fourth Army Wartime Civil Control Administration Statistical Division. The center of the map is blurry. THe map is mounted on foamcore and protected with a plastic sheet on top.
