Photo of a man and woman standing outside. Written in green ink along bottom edge of photo: Taken in 1950. Nellis [Nellie's?] House in Keeler.
Written in green ink on reverse: Frank Leanard [Leonard?], Marie Magsmen from L.A. Calif. Frank worked at Sierra Gorda [Cerro Gordo] mine for many years as cable splicer [?]. Worked at Sierra Gorda when they used mules in the mines about 75 years ago. This is his pan [1981.114.1] given to me in year 1952. Frank lived in Keeler Calif., died at the age of 82, buried in Lone Pine. Some people called him high pockets. Was in movies when made in Keeler as old prospector. Fine old man.
