Photo of a vehicle parked beside an airplane. The car has "Independence Garage" painted on the side, and the plane is being used for the Civilian Pilot Training Program during WWII. One man appears to be handling a barrel--possibly refueling the plane? There are also three people [locals?] clustered around a bike to the left side of the photo.
