Written in various pens and pencils on reverse: #3. Kearsarge State Fish Hatchery on El Camino Sierra near Independence, Inyo County, California. From Architect's drawing. Now in course of constructing by California Fish Commission. In order to make a cut this will need doubtless some preliminary artwork on it--but it will repay the trouble because of the interest it will add to the book. To be returned. A15913/12.
