Black and white photo of barracks at Manzanar War Relocation Center that have been fixed up nicely with window awnings, grass yard, rock-lined pond, and wooden fence. There are telephone poles in the background. Possibly the caucasian quarters? The rest of the photos in this collection were taken during Memorial Day of 1942, but the maturity of the garden in this photo suggests that it might have been taken later.
