No. 20. DWP Water Wagon. Gene Barrows, DWP retiree and Eastern California Museum volunteer. This wagon is intact and used in various Inyo County events. The DWP "borrows" it from time to time for parades using DWP personnel. The seat is mounted on a barrel in front of the main tank.
