Copy of a photo of a horse drawn buggy parked in front of a two story house. There are two people in the buggy, two people standing near the fence, and at least two people sitting on the porch of the house.
Written in pencil on reverse: Tate House, southwest corner of School and Crocker Streets in Big Pine. Built by James Francis Smith on a one acre lot bought by his grandmother Martha Smith from Henry J. Bell, Sept. 4, 1899 for $10.00 "cash gold in hand paid."
Information from accession paperwork: The man in the buggy is Uncle Henry Chrysler, Dorothy and Grandma are with him, but Grandma is hidden. Myrtle is in the hammock. Clarice is in the rocking chair and Mama is behind the tree and you can see only her arm.Photograph Details
