Framed panorama photo of the Wedding of the Waters at the point where the gourd is handed off from the stage coach to the train. The photo is a sepia tone--possibly a scanned and printed image. The Governor is in the center standing on the stage coach. The LAPD band is present conducted by Otto Buer. Mrs. Nelle Ellis is standing in the center front in front of the band director.
A hand written note on very brittle paper was barely hanging on with masking tape to the back and said, "Oct. 29, 30, 31, 1937. Cpt. Otto Buer." Note was removed and discarded.Collection
