Mounted photo of LADWP employees (and their families?) on a dredge used during the construction of the L.A. Aqueduct. Two of the figures are women. The photo was taken by West Coast Art Co. of Los Angeles and given their ID #A34
After construction the dredge was used to clean the canal, and it was disassembled around 1938. Walter Harris, the donor's father, was operator for 20 years, and Homer Taylor was the boom operator for 20 years.Collection
