Plain white plate, thick, wish some chipping around rim. Stamped in blue ink on reverse with "U.S.Q.M.C. [United States Quarter Master Corps] / S.1. QM - C1V - 305 / 5 - 15 - 30." Assumed to have been used at Manzanar War Relocation Center.
