Framed panoramic photo of the Sierra Nevada taken from the Inyo Mountains encompassing Poverty Hills and south of Independence. This photograph hung over the piano in the lobby of the Hotel Independence when A. Loren and Mary Williams, parents of Art Williams, bought the hotel from the Levys in early 1944. The Williams owned the hotel until early in 1946.Collection
