Photograph of what may be the same fourteen mule or horse team hauling the two wagons or flatbeds loaded with equipment as 1975.58.27. Four men watch as it crosses a narrow bridge over an open, lined section of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. There is a camp or group of buildings visible to the right. More of the aqueduct and the Sierra Nevada mountain range are visible to the left. The location may be by Cottonwood Power Plant south of Lone Pine. The plant produced much of the power to construct the aqueduct, which then carried the spent water from the plant south to Los Angeles.Collection
