Color Kodak print of silo constructed of tuff blocks on former Roberts Ranch in Round Valley. Reputed to be oldest silo west of Mississippi River.
Back of photo indicated that the silo is on the former Arcularius Ranch northwest of Bishop. The silo was on the Schober Ranch, leased from the City of Los Angeles, when it was knocked down by LADWP.
