Photo titled, "Band." It shows members of a marching band standing in the the middle of a dirt road. There is a row of buildings on the opposite side of the street, one of which is "Searing J. Furman, Jeweler." Another store advertises "Free writing paper and envelops. Tell your friends at home about our valley." A third store has a sign of a chicken or rooster. There are two horse-drawn wagons or buggies and one early automobile parked on the far side of the street. Written in blue ink on top of photo is, "Big Pine Band, Harvest Festival Parade, Bishop, 1912."
