Description

B & W digital scan of Antelope Valley Siphon? on LA Aqueduct Project. Looming above Siphon is headframe used to hoist pipe sections into place. "This Siphon was the longest on the project, measuring 4.1 miles, and 10' in diameter. The Siphon consists of 15,597' of steel in the center and 6,197' of concrete at the two ends.
