Includes articles on the new building, "Robinson Jeffers, The Poet's Poet" by Frederica de Laguna, the Los Angeles Museum Chinese art exhibit by E. H. Furman, guest speaker Miss Helen Louise Stubbs, the "Gay Nineties Fashion Show," the Department of Commerce, and the art exhibit of Alexis M. Podchernikoff. The Ebell Magazine ran from October 1927 to December 1934. Previous issues of the Ebell from 1903 to 1927 were printed as small pamphlets called Bulletins. In January 1935, the Ebell returned to the condensed Bulletin format.
